Pricing FAQ

Can I use both AI AUTOMATE-PO and AP together?
Yes — each product is priced separately. Many customers run both. Contact us about bundle pricing if you need more than one AI product.
What counts as a PO or invoice?
Each email with an attached or inline Purchase Order or invoice counts as one document. Multi-page documents still count as one.
What happens if I exceed my plan limit?
Overage documents are processed automatically at the per-document rate shown on your plan. There's no interruption to service.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. AI AUTOMATE-PO and AP are month-to-month. WMS, EDI, and Shipping are typically annual agreements — we'll discuss the terms during your consultation.
